I Still Don't Know Their Names

College Kids,

So I recently just started working at a new job, and after a couple of weeks I realized that I still didn't know half of the people's names. How would I go about finding out their names without it being too awkward?

Go through their things while they're in the bathroom. Don't get caught though, that would be bad.
