Irish Car Bombs

College Kids,

When it comes to Irish Car Bombs, is it true the reason you have to drink it fast is because the cream curdles? What are the ingredients for a car bomb and how costly is it? Does it taste good?

Meg,

Here is the recipe for Irish Car Bombs, it may get a little costly because you have to buy the three main ingredients if you don't have them hidden from your parents in your closet. It is well worth a try though, it tastes like chocolate milk!

Irish Car Bomb Recipe

Irish Car Bomb is a massively popular drink all over the world, one of the most popular infact. The ingredients are simple and widely available, and beer lovers will almost certainly enjoy it.

3/4 pint Guinness® stout
1/2 shot Bailey's® Irish cream
1/2 shot Jameson® Irish whiskey

Add the Bailey's and Jameson to a shot glass, layering the Bailey's on the bottom. Pour the Guinness into a pint glass or beer mug 3/4 of the way full and let settle. Drop the shot glass into the Guinness and chug.

And yes, If you don't drink it fast enough it will curdle and increasingly taste worse.
